In addition to our regular schedule of classes we have some great pop up clinics over the next couple of months.

April 24th is Mindulness through MindLESSness.
I am running a collaborative workshop with Chantal of ITV’s Grow my Wellbeing and The Coffee House next door where we are showcasing the first in a series of wellbeing workshops.
After a breathwork session at our beautiful FHC studios, head next door to a private opening of the Coffee House for drinks, treats and to create your own miniature plant terrarium with ITVs Grow my wellbeing.
You’ll naturally begin to unwind without needing to “practice mindfulness” at all.
Leave feeling restored, with your new knowledge and handcrafted beautifulness.
